Integrity- a moral fibre

At Tulip, we believe in serving our customers with the utmost integrity. We try to be as honest and truthful in our actions towards our fellow employees as well as our customers. Integrity is one of the most important qualities we try to endow our employees with. We speak of attributes such as professional, intellectual and artistic integrity. However, the most important sense of the term ‘integrity’ relates to general character. In our organization, we try to hire those who show honesty and integrity in all aspects as they usually are not afraid to fight for what they believe in. Work ethic is important to one's personal integrity and the integrity of the team.

At work, integrity is not a robe that one can put on and take off when it's convenient. However, day to day workplace behaviors more often play a large part in whether people show integrity or not. An employee with integrity is the kind of worker who does not bully others, gossip unnecessarily, waste time and makes excuses, steals ideas as well as shows no respect for fellow employees. Each one of us should strive to counter any of these bad qualities we may be guilty of, as it is never too late to start building your moral fiber.
